This is terrifying, and that’s why I’m doing it. I work a lot with clients around anxiety, taking risks, naming boundaries and finding their voice. Starting to be more present on thesocialmedia.com has been a huge leap out of my comfort zone, and so is sending this email, which is why I’m doing this.
But why social media? I can hear my Dad, “I didn’t come to America for you to make jokes online. Go make jokes in person like I raised you.” Sorry Baba, but this is quicker.
I’ve upped my social media game to let more people know about current and future offerings, to normalize seeking help for mental health, and share free info for those in need. I’m goofy, calm, and informative but I’ll never put a client or a clients journey down.
I plan on doing what I always do, which is to be respectful, offer humor, compassion, and information to undo shame. I don’t want to brag, but it looks like it’s working! I just hit 100 followers on thetiktok.com *flips hair back*

P.S. You may already know, but I released my workbook “Sex Worriers: A Mindfully Queer Guide to Men’s Anxiety Around Sex and Dating”
Since it was just Halloween and I am a grown up with mature humor, I’ve created a sale with the coupon code PEN15 to take 15% off my book. Great for those experiencing anxiety, their partners or their therapists! Click HERE to check it out!
