What To Expect

Whether due to crisis or a desire to get a better understanding of your life, beginning therapy can feel like an overwhelming task. 

With my calm and non-judgmental approach, I work towards offering a safe space to allow you to explore what is troubling you. I see our work as collaborative since you know yourself the best. We will begin our work by identifying what you would like to focus on and create a plan for achieving those goals.

I work from a relational and attachment-based therapeutic approach, which means I will examine how you relate with yourself and others and identify how your attachment style informs your relationships. Using this approach I will work with you to shake away patterns and behaviors that may be blocking you from reaching your ideal and authentic self.
